These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
